Under the Manual Handling Operations Regulations 1992, employers are legally required to minimise the risk of injury from manual handling tasks. This includes providing suitable training to all employees who regularly lift or move items as part of their role. MANUAL HANDLING
Raises awareness of manual handling issues. Participants are taught correct posture and lifting techniques to enable manual handling tasks to be carried out correctly and to avoid injury. All candidates will receive an Apex certificate of attendance/training. This course can be accredited by ITSSAR on request.
